Rep scheme?
What do you guys think of this rep scheme: 5 sets reps of 10,8,6,4, and 1 last set to failure all while increasing weight each set.

all depends on your goals. if your leaning towards BB`ing most guys hit higher repetitions lower set range. if your into powerlifting, you want more sets at a lower rep range.

Sounds good bro, I do the exact same thing. Just make sure your going to failure on every set, especially the last one.

This is" running racks" between paramiding & drop sets. Very good shocking principle too. The first few you do not need to go to complete failure, otherwise the last 2 you will not be able to complete the rep. Also try drop sets ,as you drop weight increase the reps. The last set will be light but it will knock you out.
