    Good Routine?

This is my routine, pretty much, i've just added/changed the abs around and the cardio. What do you think? The brackets after the muscle group is the number of exercises for that group.

    Back(4)/Biceps(3)
    Stairmaster (30mins)

    Tuesday
    Abdominals(4)
    Bike (45mins)
    Stairmaster (30mins)

    Wednesday
    Shoulder(4)/Legs(4)

    Thursday
    Abdominals(4)
    Bike (45mins)
    Stairmaster (30mins)

    Friday
    Chest(4)/Triceps(3)
    Stairmaster (30mins)

    Saturday
    Abdominals(4)
    Bike (45mins)
    Stairmaster (30mins)

    Sunday - OFF

Looks good to me. Also, looks like you are trying to do a huge amount of cutting, plus I keep reading about your "clen this...and clen that". Good luck, keep the amino acid pool always filled to the brim. Remember, you are cutting fat, not muscle.

terinox, if those numbers are the number of exercises (not sets) how can you get all that done in one workout? how long does it take? I might try cutting back on the number of exercises and increasing the sets... just a suggestion.

those are the number of exercises, i do about 3-4 sets depending on the exercise, it takes me 2 hours, cut down from 2.5, i took out abs, and put them on T/T/S but I feel okay working out 2 hours, as a matter of fact, i've been working out for over 2 years, and when i think about it, i've always worked out for 2 hours, so i think i'm gonna stick with it

however, when i'm on juice, which will be next year, 2003 cycle, i'll be doing a dif workout, only one group per day, 5 days a week, something like that

Looks good to me but ,I would cut it back to 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the gym , after that your glycogen levels are way gone and you start to break down muscle for energy , just my opp but if it works for you ,then keep it up !! gymnut

looks good terinox...can i assume that your 2 hours in the gym include cardio? if so, then fine, but if you're lifting for the entire time, then doing cardio, i'd say you're going overboard. I shoot for about 45min-1hr of lifting then do my cardio/abs...JMO

Also Remember to do cardio after weights, not before and then weights. Better for the body and much better results.
