does anyone have any other good WS workout that works the tricep well?
what works best for me is
>>going 2 heavy seats and then 1 burnout set
2 heavy i like is dumbell extensions and skull crushers followed by a rope pulldown or dips
:lift:
how does close grip bench work for everyone?
Close grip bench heavy for overall mass. Others target one of 3 heads.
weighted dips
if your hands are too close it hurts muscle more then helps. plus your wrists will get f*ed up
how wide of a grip should you have on close grip bench press
well that explains why I'm starting to have problems in my wristsQuote:

weighted dips are pimp too!
Too close puts strain on the elbows. Look try this test right now.. Hold your hands thumb to thumb holding the bar. Look at you arms how they are postioned paying close attention to the elbows. They are pointing out! Now put your hands 6-12in apart. Look at arm position & elbows, nice and aligned tucked in. Just like rope push downs and most tri exercises.
My friend showed me a new tri workout that ive never heard of. make sure your on a flatbench....get a straightbar, throw some weight on it. lower the weight to your head as if your going to do skullcrushers, move the weight across your chest..and explode. my tris are hurting from 2 days ago
so you lower it to your head, move it forward to your chest and then execute the positive?Quote:

yea thats right. you have to put light weight though. i did a ten on each side. the first few are easy, but by the sixth, seventh, etc. you really feel it
triangle pull downs, cable pull downs what gets me burning GO HEAVY
Close-grip bench (not too close though, don't wanna fook ur wrists up)...
Weighted dips are solid too...
For the tooth-look... I like rope pull-downs...
