    My numb nuts thread.

Well most have read my other thread but my question still remains.
In a pro powerlifting competition do they include the weight of the bar when calculating the amount of weight lifted?
When i first started lifting i was training with a pretty seriouse lifter and he called me a pussy for including bar weight when i told him what i lifted. He never include bar weight either and he benched well over 300. so whats the deal ..

i gota start thinking before i post

Man I always would count the bar, myself, but I never did power lifting, just mostly a game with my friends to see who could lift the most.
