Anyone ever do curls like these:

What results did they produce? How are they different than doing other kinds of curls? Did they help build the peak more?

Never done that but close. Using db on the preach curl bench hanging over the opposite end. Its the same principle. I cannot remember the correct name of that particular exercise but its works great because you get a full stretch. It does not take much weight to be effective and it must be a controlled movement otherwise your going to pull a lower bicep tear. The exercise is called Spider curls.
Yep, I do spider curls about every 3 weeks for a few weeks just to change up my routine. Love em.
It looks like you get a very good stretch before the contraction. Also, this position makes it very hard to cheat, IT'S ALL BIS.
same here, good stuff.Quote:

I used to do spiders all the time but my new gym doesn't have the right bench for it ... I like these tho and was just looking for something new to throw in for bis ... thx!
