Strength gains are faster than size gains
Ok, I train naturally and have been for about 2 years serious... I have read a great deal about training and BB, and have a moderate amount of knowledge overall in regard to all this. I make strength gains virtually every week, I love my routine and the methods I use to continue growing, however lately I've noticed that the size isn't really coming along at the same speed that the strength is.... I eat properly (six meals a day) and like I said, I keep getting stronger (sometimes slowly... but Im happy to be gainin stregth) but it just feels like I should be adding more mass.... I realize that once you get a point mass gains become much smaller and harder to get, but I don't really think I've hit that point yet ("natural potential" as some ppl call it) Do any of you have this problem?
