Just a quick question: I have a 4 day split which entails the followin (and I am very happy with the results in terms of the actual exercises and # of sets done etc.)
M - Chest/Tris
Tu - Quads/Hams/Abs
W - Off
Th - Back/Bis
F - Shoulders/Calves/Abs
Weekend Off

I recently added SLDL's to hamstring day and for over 5 workout now (ie. 5 weeks) each time I do them, they are still very sore by the time back day comes causing problems with deadlifts for back. I thus wanted to know if you guys think it would be a problem at all to swop the days around so that I have the entire weekend to recover from legs It would thus be as follows:

M - Back/Bis
Tu - Shoulders/Calves/Abs
W - Off
Th - Chest/Tris
Fr - Quads/Hams/Abs
Weekend Off

That would give me another full day to recover. Plus on weekend off days I do cardio which I hope should help stretch the hams and spread the lactic acid.
