    Question Anyone ever experience this?

Yo, today I was at the gym doing my bi's/tri's workout. And on almost every exercise for bi's especially on straigh barbell curl my muscles in my arms felt like they were twitching, actually my whole arm felt like every little muscle, or tendant was twitiching. And then when I was doing tri's, this happened again when I was doing skull crushers and push downs. This happened to me like one other time when I was like 16, but hasen't happened since. Is there anything wrong here or this ok.

I'd say it's a muscle spasm most likely...Every time I do heavy one arm dumbell rows, I get mild rib head back spasms...just one of those things, happens to my calves all the time too, nothing to loose sleep over

I didn't really think it was anything bad, I just wanted to know maybe what it could be. Thanks for all your input bros.
