Its all about personal preference bro. I used to do back/bis and chest/tris but now I do bis/tris and I like that a lot better. Everyone is different though.

Its cool doing them the same day so you get a huge arm pump.

i mix it up. some weeks do them separately and sometimes do them on the same day. also, sometimes i superset bis and tris, other days ill do bis first then tris, or tris first then bis

    anyway..you get the idea

    When I am bulking, I do back/bi, chest/tri, shoulders/traps and legs

In summer, when I want the pump and vascularity, I do chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders as my split.

One of the most basic rules of BB is "mix it up", so what might be "better" today is a rut tomorrow.

It depends how many times a week u train bi's/tri's?? But I do mine on the same day, I find I am much stronger since I havn't used energy as I would doing chest/bi's etc

I used to do bi/back chest/tri etc, but after research trial and error I've taken on a push/pull workout never do 2 pushing or 2 pulling body parts int he same day. so I'd say do them in 1 day together or split them, your choice. I will try to do an arm only day later in the week after splitting chest/bi back/tri earlier.

Bi's & Tri's Together is the way to go!!!! Me personally when I do a set of Bi's right after I do a set of Tri's without resting....than rest for about 45 seconds then hit another set of Bi's and do Tri's right after....I get amazing pumps and I feel since I have been doing this...my arms are growing like a monster but I do this routine atleast twice a week. In a workout try doing about 4-5 Excercises of Bi's and 4-5 Excercises of Tri's....Your arms will kill but when u wake up the next morning that T-shirt will wrap around your arms putting a big a$$ smile on your face.....Just my .02 cents

Yup I advocate doing both same time for the pump. But once a month I do due them separate . For myself I have tested(measured) my arms immediately(or within 1hr) and if I had a great workout my arms can be averaging anywhere from 1-1.5" bigger following both tri/bi combo vs. average 1" performing solo. So for myself I have proven what works for me. And as for the reps sometimes I do not evan care as they are just a # , I go with the "feel".. good luck
