How do i get rid of chest fat more easily?
i have alot of chest that surrounds my chest, but the rest of my body is fairly lean, what are some exercises to help me out ? thanks.

Can't really spot reduce. Although, sometimes I swear that you can.
Just have to keep dieting and hope that it goes.

Ummm I don't think there is such a thing to just burn fat in one area, if you lower your BF, then naturally it will dispate. Now if you have gyno, forget it. It will be there, although low body fat will help with it big time, but still. Cardio cardio and more cardio, get on a good ECA stack and eat right, get your bf down and you will see that it will help out alot. Just your body stores fat in those areas, just like mine stores around my mid section (as most men do).

I agree with bouncer cardio and diet..nothing comes easy you have to keep at it...maybe even do higher reps at a lower weight
