for abs?
what are the best exercises for abs?? when i started dieting i was at 18% bf and now im around 12-13 %. my abs are much more visable as i definately have the sixpack outline. it looks like my middle abs are lacking though, what are some effective exercises that would spurt them to grow a bit. i currently do 3 x20 hanging leg raises with 10lb weight. 2x20 swiss ball crunch with 25lb weight. i prolly do abs every 4-5 days, just give them enough time to not be sore then work them again.

I tried these on ab day this week... I had been doing declines with a a higher number of reps with no weight. My abs are sore two days later still, definatly a good change to my ab routine.
