    can i do this??

i am 5'8 217 with about 20% bf.my goal weight is 195 with about 5-8% bf.i have changed my diet to a high protien(150-200gms) low carb(100gms) low fat 6 small meals every 2-3 hours a day.started jogging 10k every second day(moderate pace)on an empty stomach at night.

You can do it if you keep your intake of anti-catabolic supplements up. Clen , HMB, glutamine and there is a drink that combines a bunch of them in it called juven. These will help keep you from losing strength, or at least keep the strength loss to a minimum.

If your worried about strength loss, start power lifter traing. Three working sets with low reps on Bench, Squat, Deads, and Cleans. At one point I was squating 335 1RM running 5 miles a day five days a week.

No, you are going to lose strength/power running 6.4 miles every other day!
Also, figure this. I will take your maximum macronutrient consumption for each day.
200 grams Protein + 100 grams of CHO= 300g x 4kcal/gram= 1200 kcal. You also said you are eating low fat. Unless you are taking Flax oil/EFA you are going to experience muscle wasting due to your diet.

Did a quick google for this since you got my interested with this also... Here is a link to the companies page http://www.prosure.com/Juven/. Click on the FAQ at the top and there is quite a bit of info on it there.

all juven is HMB, Arginine, and glutamine packed in a bottle. For the price its not worth it it'd be a lot cheaper if you bought the ingredients seperately and took them in high doses.

You are going to crash and burn my friend. 10k every other day is substantial. 10k for a 220 pounder eating 100 g of carbs is death.
