no time for cardio,read
i see a lot of people who do cardio 4+ times a week and there workouts ,with work and other comitments i only have time for my 3 times a week workout.im currently cutting with a diet and clen ,is it posibile to still get ripped with this method,i get exercise in work cause im always walking about from machine to machine but i dont know weather this would do anything?

Well if you have a very very clean solid diet and stick to it, you will still get ripped but it will take a lot longer.
