pec growth

my pecks just arent growing fast enough on the outside, theyre bulking real fast on the inner peck but theyre not looking real wide. i been working on them for about a couple of years on and off but only 6 months hard.

what exersize will maximize this?

What do you do right now for your chest?

db press - 5 x sets of 5 as heavy as possible
inclined db press - 5 x sets of 5 as heavy as possible
flys - 5 sets of 5 as heavy as possible

i have been doing this 3 times a week but im getting pain in my infraspinatusor and posterior delt so im taking it easy at the mo and doing it only twice a week, u think this is enough?

try barbell with a wider grip and really try to get a full stretch. I believe it is Warrior (I may be wrong, sorry if I am in this case) that talks about how you really cant exclude inner our outer pecs from one another, and that they will come hand in hand with one another. Just work heavy and make sure to always use good form and your outer chest will develope nicely.

A big thing with useing dumbbells is the angle of your arms when you are pressing it. You may not realize it but they could be angled rather then perpindicular to your chest and that could be holding back on your chest development.
