What grip hits the rear delts the best?
This is kind of a spinoff of my other thread on seated cable rows.
When doing seated cable rows, I know it's primarily an overall back exercise, but I also know the rear delts get worked pretty good as well.
My question is, what grip hits the rear delts the best?
The v-bar, the hooked lat pull down bar with an OVERhand grip, the small straight bar with an UNDERhand grip, the wide straight bar with the D-hooks, the small straight bar with an OVERhand grip, the wide staright bar with an UNDERhand grip, etc.

u want that wide bar, with the little curves at the ends, with an over hand grip, when your doing the actual excercise, pull the bar more towards your traps than to your upper abs.
