    Delt workout

I need a Delt workout I can stick to. Meaning Front, Back, and Middle Delt. I usually do delts after bi's or something like that. I like doing Lateral Raises, does anyone have anything else I can add to fill in my workout.

    1.Lateral Raises(3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    2.??? (3 sets 8-10 reps)
    3.??? (3 sets 8-10 reps)
    4.??? (2 sets 8-10 reps)

What can fill in the ???. I want to hit every angle of the delts in the exercise. Can anyone help me out?

What is your training split??? That is very important. But a must for large delts is overheadpress, upright rows.

I don't like upright rows--too much traps for me, so I'm baised...

Delts aren't large muscles and consequently don't require that many sets.

    3 sets dumbell shoulder press
    3 sets lateral raise
3 sets bent over lateral raise

I also like to throw in lying side laterals every couple of workouts.
