help out new guy plz?
hi new to this fourm been a guest for awhile most ppl seem realli nice here was hopin if anyone could help out a new guy to working out and give him sum tips?
very sry if i ask stuff that has been ask
wat is cardio? (haha sry for stupid question)
i got alot of fat on my arm wats the best way i can get it cut so the shape shows more?( sry i dunno wat any of the exerices are so plz can u explain how to do ea if it's not too much)
im 16 and around 5'4 165 pounds sry if i ask dumb question all thanks for the help!

thx wat else can i do beside treadmill? would simple running for 30-40 min ea day be good?

Running would be good, buy some good running shoes and get a diet plan going, there is nothing worse than working your ass off in the gym only to ruin your results by having a horrible diet.
Go to the diet section and post in detail what you wish to accomplish and someone will help you out.
Info needed:
age, height, weight
Do you wish to cut up (drop body fat) or bulk up (gain muscles mass)?
