    squat form

Hey guys.. Had a lower back problem.. still do a bit.. So I stopped squating for a bit.. Now I have a problem with "dipping"... I have this problem even while using the bar! I was told to keep my head up as far as possible.. which Definatly helps! Any other suggestions though?

maybe go lighter bro. If your dipping... i believe that means your leaning forward into your squat near the bottom. NOT good for your back OR your knees.

Widen your stance a little bit and see if that helps you get in the "pocket" and feel more natural with your squat.

As you go down, concentrate on keeping the weight on your heels, almost like u want to fall down backwards. Your body will naturally balance, and you will keep good form.
