    Praise for Doggcrapp

For the last few months I have been in somewhat of a rut with my gains. I wanted to try something different to get myself going again, so I began using the Doggcrapp method that so many of you have given praise. When I read his principles I thought that it wouldn't be any tougher than my current routine. Boy was I wrong. It is kicking my ass, but I love it. Big thumbs up to Doggcrapp.

The things that I have found by doing this program are an increase in intensity, better recovery, less injury, rekindled interest in the gym, and better gains.

That's pretty darn hard to beat!

It is the best workout theory bar none... I would like to shake the mans hand one day that has brought this strange, but tremendous technique to us.

Imagine if someone like Arnold, or Louie, or Franco did something like this back in the day...
