Workout help.... can someone help me with this?
Can anyone suggest to me a good work out that they have done that puts emphasis on there pecs and abs the one I have now doesnt do that and im wondering if one of you could pass along a workout you have which puts allot of emphasis on these... im looking for something intense but not gonna rip my tendons... thanks in advance
