Wuzzup all. Can anyone help me put together a 4 day split:

I can do Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. I am leaving Wed. for running. My thing is I have to keep the reps moderate to high...(3-4x6-10) and I have to train each bodypart twice per week. It is for sports conditioning. I was thinking maybe: Mon/Thu Lower Body and Tue/Fri Upper Body, but what lifts and how many can I put in there so that I won't over train?
