I hit mine twice... but its different for everyone. I usually do a light workout with my back on tues. about 6-8 sets. And then on friday ill hit bi/tri for 12 sets.. heavy.
Depends on how ya feel.... try this, get a tape measure.. work em out early in the week.. next morning measure. Then measure ED until you see the measurement go down slightly (should be about 3-4 days) thats when you hit em again. ;)
I would always do mine twice a week on one week and three times a week on opposite weeks. Some called me foolish until they seen the gains. But if they did not feel like being worked out, I would not push them.
I usually stick to once a week, although an occasional twice a week is good.
i go about once a week i used to too two under i changesd myschedule for bulking to once a wekk for everything
they get hit hard with back, and then isolation ex.. so that would be twice. their is no way you can do culs twice a week and fit a more importabt muscle like back in their too
Twice is the price..
Once a week and many times twice. Remember, the bi's can recover quicker therfore, train them more.
Twice a week for me!
twice a week, hitting them different ways each days. i like to do this:
1st bi day:
Close grip barbell curl 4 sets, 6-10 reps
One arm dumbell preacher curl 4 sets, 8-10 reps
Zottman curl 3 sets, 15 reps, 10 reps, failure
2nd bi day:
Wider grip barbell curl 4 sets, 6-10 reps
Concentration curl 4 sets, 8-10 reps
Incline curl 3 sets, 15 reps, 15 reps, failure
I try to hit bi's about 4-5 days apart from each other and latley I have been seeing some really good improvements in my bi's.
thanks guys, mucho appreciated.
