Cardio ideas?
Hey guys, I'm new to the site and wanted to get some advice on cardio ideas. I'm looking to gain muscle mass but also get definition. Right now I workout 3 days a week and I feel like thats not enough. I know it is weightlifting wise I just wanted some ideas for different cardio workouts to do on my off days. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Forgot to mention, I used to jog a mile everyday but stopped because I was losing weight and I'm trying to gain weight not lose it. I know any kinda cardio will cut weight and to gain weight its more on what I eat and everything but still want some cardio ideas. thanks

Your goal is going to be difficult to obtain. "Lean out while gaining muscle." Cardio should be done at a low intenisty, longer duration to utilize fats as your main fuel source.
