Thread: lighter weights?

Im half way through my cycle and have w*ankered my shoulder, the doc said i can still train but smaller weights, but as this wont benefit me at the moment im trying to bear bigger weights till the end of my cycle.
What im really asking is, once ive finished my cycle and done pct, if i start doing slightly smaller weights and slightly higher reps, do you think ill lose my gains?

I would say no if your diet is in check. You should maintain most of your lean mass and use this opportunity as a cutter.

Superb cos i cant keep going on like this for too much longer, at the moment my diet is a bulking diet, about 1000 clories above normal and 1.5g protien per pound of my body weight, should my diet after pct be like the one i am on now just less calories?
