Alright i just got finished doing a intense full body workout, i drank my protien drink but i forgot to do crunches. I did my crunches and after i stood up i doubled over b/c my stomach was cramping up. I have never had this happen before. Is it normal. BTW i had just started working out again after a 6 month break about a 2 weeks ago. It feels really weird. but a little better now as i am typing lol.
