i lift weights 3 days a week ive got my diet started i just need time to do my cardio ,i find it hard to get up and do cardio especially before meals as i have no energy.
the only time i have to do it is after work when im tired is it ok to do it late at nite about 9 or 10pm?i get up at 6.30am to go to work so have no time also is swimming good for cutting?
