really want to cut but cant get my cardio started
i lift weights 3 days a week ive got my diet started i just need time to do my cardio ,i find it hard to get up and do cardio especially before meals as i have no energy.
the only time i have to do it is after work when im tired is it ok to do it late at nite about 9 or 10pm?i get up at 6.30am to go to work so have no time also is swimming good for cutting?

I see no problem at 9-10pm as long as you did not eat for a least a few hours. Swimming as long as your BMR is up can be used if you wish. Best do treadmill for 15-20min then hit the pool.
