    lighter workout during PCT ?

    I am working out with an older guy (51) who is juicing and just now ending his cycle. He is using Clomid and Arimidex and novadex.

    He wants to know (he is computer phobic and wont sign up for his own account on AR) if he has to go light on the workout during PCT or should he keep lifting the same workout and intensity.

    We dont do any cardio cause we get it all day. We carry hod for bricklayers. If you know what that is you know we get more cardio than everyone on this website


    Our workout is 5 times a week and we do a body part each day.

    I don't use the sauce, but I would strongly discourage going lighter during PCT. Keep the Kcal high and maintain a solid workout to prevent atrophy from occuring.
    Light weight = less stimilus
    less stimilus = less response

    Work just as hard for sure. Not advocating to increase volume during this time, just send a clear hard signal to the muscle saying, " I need you to stick around for a while!"
