hey guys. i been lifting for a couple of years now on and off. now im going into serious training. im taking androstat150 poppers, cell tech, gluatmine and protein at this point. i got big all over the place but my chest hasn't improved and i start to look a little unproportionate. what's the best work out for chest to get huge??
this is waht i do
decline x4 sets
incline x4 sets
wire x4 sets
i don't know why my chest didn't grow please help me thank you

try some dumbell presses instead of using a bar and do low reps high weight, decline has done nothing for me and my chest seems to be fine, save your energy for incline and flat, and cables.

If you are looking for mass then go back to basics IE flat press and incline press keep the reps 10-6 and up the weight when ever you can...

I agree with Bexsome, flat bench is king and 4 sets arent enough. Up it to around 6 and try and hit it twice a week when you can. Dont kill yourself but go hard.
