    PWO nutrition question??

If I ran in the morning (7am), not aerobic running like miles, but anareobic running like sprint work, meter running, ect. and then go to the gym later on in the night (7pm) should I consume a pwo shake after both training sessions?

Anaerobic exercise is very intense and explosive training and can be very hard on the body and muscles so I am assuming I should, but wanted some knowledgable peoples opinions.
