My doctor told me to do these as part of my rehab proggy. Said to take three 2x4" blocks and tape them together for about a total of 3". Then load up 225 and go for three sets of 5 reps. Am I aloud to touch and go, or do I have to make a complete stop and then press up? :scratch:
I didn't have the board ready today, so I got in the squat rack and set up a bench with the safety pins about six inches from my chest. Probably only 4 inches, but I did it any way. First set I made a complete stop and then back up. This tore me up pretty good. Then next set I bounced or "touch and go" and some gym rat told me I was suposed to make a complete stop. So the next set I did stop. I was arching my back pretty good that last set.
