Who changes routine on a cycle??

hey guys, my freind is about to start his first cycle we both do the exact workout and he asked me if he should change it because his recovery is a lot faster and i didnt know what to tell him, so maybe someone on here can help me. hes about to take test ena. 500mg/week for 10 weeks. he has a good build but his chest/traps/legs are lacking. so should he hit those body parts 2 times a week since they are lacking more then the rest?? the current routine we use is...

    day 1- Chest/traps/calves
    day 2-rest
    day 3-arms
    day 4-legs/calves
    day 5-shoulders/back
    day 6-rest
    day 7-Repeat

Oh hes lazy, has no job, just goes to school, gym, and sleeps..lol if that helps!

1st off id say run the test for 12 weeks.
workout looks good. i like to start week off with legs, if his legs are lagging it might be good to start week off with them.

    hope that helps.

I think changing your routine while on is BS. If your routine works while off, it will work while on.

People forget that you can overtrain while on AAS. Also, some go way overboard while on and find themselves laid up with an injury.

I work out more while on and it works for me. I do something like this:

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Back
    Day 3: Arms/legs/shoulders
    Day 4: Rest
    Repeat.

Everything except for arms I do compound excersises and while on I do more sets.

When I go off cycle, I need to take and extra rest day.

nothings wrong with being lazy, cause im the same way. i eat, go to college, gym, sit on my ass then sleep. i was just saying i dont think he will overtrain really cause he just rest the whole day. haha. ya i wasnt sure if he should change the whole routine, so he will do chest like monday/thursday, or something..any more advice? i told him just to stick to the every 6 day thing, because u dont overtrain and it is working..

man if i did arms/legs/shoulders in one day i would be in the gym for like 3 hours. plus ur doing back, then arms right after, but if ur recovery is badass and it works for you then keep it up.
