tough spill in gym today!!
hey guys rough time in the gym today, i was training triceps and doing 265 close-grip benching.. i couldnt get my hands to get a great grip like it felt awkward.. on my 5th rep my right wrist twisted forward and the right side of the bar came down hit my forearm and then down onto my chest.... luckily it the only pain i had was to my forearm and nothing to my chest and it was also good that i had a buddy spotting me who lifted it right off.... just wanted to tell everyone that it sucked and was kinda scary!!!
