split or not to split
newbie here just wondering if is better to have split workout days?Example 1 mon chest tues cardio wed arms thurs cardio and so on or mon chest &cardio tuesarms&cardio wed lowerbody&cardio please any info would help..

pleny of workouts already posted, search for em, do cardio in the AM on a few days a week when u work out

Cardio first thing in the morning and weights later on in the day.

ya cardio in morning and lifting later.. if your trying to cut up then do more cardio everymorning.
