I know, but the answer is going to seem totally useless to you. It is expressed in nmol/L. This will vary from person to person, it also has diurnal variations, which are normal fluctuations throughout the day. Researchers call this a significant increase based on a statistical measure (Alpha Level). But, yes, resistance trained individuals usually do have significantly higher serum testosterone concentrations.

Cool. But you didn't answer his question. You should have just blurted out a number followed by the unit of measurement. IE: 250 nmol/L for squater vs. your buddy who never lifts who has 20 nmol/L

One study showed a 12nmol/L increase from pre to post exercise. This study used 8 exercises with a 10RM and 1 minute recovery. A wide variety of protocols can increase test levels, and each protocol will have a different effect on serum testosterone levels . Thats the best I can do.
