    my wrist bother me with arms

    when i'm doing biceps my wrist tend to bother me and kinda give out when trying heavy. i use wrist raps. but they still gte kinda sore. what can i do to make them blow/ get stronger? how often can i lets say train my wrist to get them stronger quick. thanks

    i have had similar problems before.. it was more of my forearms but somewhat wrists.. i do forearm/wrist excersizes every couple days at the end of workout.. even if it means going lighter weights dont use the wraps.. you will get used to them and not be able to lift without them..

    This is really good advice. Work with a weight that you can handle without wraps. You need to build the entire system, not just one group.

    Do forearm and grip exercises. It is hard to overtrain your grip or your forearms, so buy hand grips and add some forearm exercises to your split.

    Like the others said but I will also add if you have pain curling maybe because you are using the straight bar. If so, try preacher.

    I think bluethunder means an EZ curl bar...as opposed to a straight bar...

    yep i use the ez curl bar- well i weigh 165 and i'm curling 150lbs and i have small wrist/average wrist size so i'm sure they don't enjoy that weight
