    my new gym program cutting to.pls input

    hey guys watsup.ok i just think it is time to change my workout program. i was doing the one body part a day workout but it didnt workout to good cos if you miss one day you stuffed. so here is my new one also i am still cutting let me know wat you think ok.

    monday. back biceps
    back. pull upps 15 12 10 8 reps
    dead lifts 15 12 10 8 reps
    t-bar rows 15 12 10 8 reps
    uopright rows 15 12 10 8 reps

    biceps. straight barbell curls 15 12 10 8
    preacher curls seated 15 12 10 8
    consentrations curls 15 12 10 8

    foearms 15 12 12 12

    tea-day rest an cardio 40min


    wen-day chest an triceps
    chest flat bench press 15 12 10 8
    incline dumbell flys 15 12 10 8
    cables split with push ups 15 12 10 8 an push up sets of 20 20 20

    triceps skull crashes 15 12 10 8
    one arm kick back 15 12 10 8
    cable push downs 15 12 10 8

    Thats awfully high reps... even for cutting. I'd keep it 6-10 reps just to keep your strength. Also you probably need some rear delt work in there.

    I use the rear peck deck machine that seems to isolate the rear delts a lot...just make sure you pause and squeeze the rear delts and you will get an immense pump, has anyone seen ronnie colmans new video where he does that weird rear delt exercise, Im just wondering if anyone has done this?
