    I need to gain size on my arms. Do you have an recommendations? When to work them? How many sets? I usually respond well to minimal rest it seems...when I only rest 30-60 seconds between sets I am seem to get more of a pump. Is this helping my gains or should I rest more to put on mass for my arms? HELP

    A good pump is ALWAYS good. Bottom line is selection of good basic exercise such as the bb curl. Do not neglect the tris as they are bigger therfore increase arm size. Tri's are one of my favorite to workout if not my best. Also, I advocate blasting both the bi's & tri's same day working nothing else. But separate them once a while too.. mix it up!
