True. Also, longer duration is more effecient for fat utilization. Therefore, if you dehydrate yourself, you are running the risk of shorter duration workouts which are counterproductive for fat loss.Quote:

Sweats it's up. That extra little heat is just enough so you don't have to walk at an uncomfortable level while still getting that same effect.
