    The goal is to burn fat, not dehydrate yourself. Whatever you are more comfortable wearing is best.

    True. Also, longer duration is more effecient for fat utilization. Therefore, if you dehydrate yourself, you are running the risk of shorter duration workouts which are counterproductive for fat loss.

    Sweats it's up. That extra little heat is just enough so you don't have to walk at an uncomfortable level while still getting that same effect.
