cardio after/before workout?
i like to usual do about 5-10 minutes of cardio before i workout to warm up but i wanna know if its better to actually do about a half hour of cardio before or after my wrkout? does it take away from what i was lifiting? or is it better to do this to burn fat?

tell you what. try and do a good strenous 30 min of cardio and then go lift weights. do this tomorrow. see if you make it halfway through you weight session.

hahaha, try that, sereously. Do cardio in the morning, then lift in the afternoon or evening. Eating all day.

Cardio on an empty stomach completely separate from WO. The 5-10 min warmup is okay, but you do not want to burn yourself out before a WO and if you do cardio after workout, your PWO meal will be disrupted.

You can always do 30 mins of cardio at night 2 hrs after a pro/fat meal, then wait 30 mins to eat your final pro/fat meal before bed.
