Looking for a workout for mass
Can someone please post a workout for mass? I have been looking all over. I'm looking for something that's very effective in a normal amount of time. Probably 60-90 mins. I'm looking to put on as much weight and mass as possible, don't even plan on doing cardio, and if I must, very little...every pound counts,

Diet will determine mass. Various workouts can be done to promote mass, but if you do not eat you will not grow.

Eat like a machine, read your profile no stats listed. Anyway do 4x5reps, that will put on some size, it works for me. Right know I starting to shedded a little, before going back to 4x5, eating a little under 4000 cals. Stats 6'1 225lbs, my weight is always around this.
