    Question about wrist straps

    OK, i have kind of a dum question about straps. I looked online and found out how to strap it up. i am planning on using them to deadlift. When i strap up my first arm, how the hell do i strap up the other. can you strap the last one with 1 free hand??
    Help would be appreciated. by the way, i have loop style coming in the mail

    ya bro u can just use one hand.....just take the free hand and start the wrap around the bar then just pretend u are on a mmotorcycle and reving the engine to tighten it up...... not hard.. just ask anybody who uses wrapps at ur gym

    Hey stick with the straps, I know how you feel, when i first started it would take me like a minute to get the second strap with my free hand. You will get used to it and it will become habit jsut to wrap them up. Try to get the stiffness out of the straps to if they are new, that helps.

    After awhile using one hand is a piece of cake.. Use your teeth too if need be.

    Anybody using straps in my gym? ha that will be the joke of the day. I am now in an overcrowded college gym full of MR. chest and bicepts. I have seen only 3 hardcore bruddas. and its rare to see them.

    i just started using hooks sometimes when i do deads. they are great but i feel like i am cheating myself.
    straps are a must when doing heavy shrugs or deads if you want to get good reps in
