need help with a new workout approach due to lack of time...

started school again at night and im still working during the day. im aout the house at 6am and home at 11pm if im lucky. this run monday - thursday.

fri im free from 5pm on... sat and sun im off.

how should i set my workout up?

    i was thinking:
    friday - chest, triceps, shoulders.
    sat - legs, abs.
    sun - back and biceps.

im my eyes this is the best but i need you guys to let me know if i risk overtraining or shutting down anything for this 3 day bananza.

    i appreciate any comments,

soudns good to me, you grouped your muscles well. All the push groups together, aka delts chest tris, then legs and abs, then pulls groups.

similar to what i do actually, works good for me!

If i only had three days I would group it like

    Chest, Back

    Legs, Abs

    Shoulders, Arms

I like to seperate chest and shoulders, and arms and back. My bis always suffer if I hit back with bis, same goes with tris when doen with chest.

to me that makes no sense at all. you would be inadvertantly(sp) training your tris AND bis on chest back day, then AGAIN 2 days later on shoudler/arms day.....

but whatever works for you! if it aint broke dont fix it

I know what you are saying but for some reason my shoulders are fine with one day break, and my tris aren't effect all that much on chest day. But I kow what you are saying.

Your routine will work well. I used something just like it when I was in college.
    Good luck.
