i just got my wrist straps in the mail today. i need to use them tonight. i got the kind that is just 1 piece without a hole or loop already in it, the end that loops through has a tip that is kite shaped. It is a "loop style" strap. the explanation on the website powerstraps.com is not detailed enough. i need help on learning how to put them on. i got deadlifts tonight.
