    haven't workout in 3 months

    i haven't worked out in 3 months, in my opinion i thought i was looking pretty good compared to what i use to look like, but anyway..... i have lost some muscle and have put on more fat around my stomach area. how should i start back lifting to get to where i was before? the natural way.....for now
