How often changing routines?
How often do you guys change your weightlifting routines? I change mine every 5 weeks. That's when I change the exercises, the splits, the order I do exercises, etc.
Is 5 weeks long enough, too long?

I have a rotating schedule. Weeks 1 and 2. Different routines each week that rotate.

Just change the excercise, lets pretend this Monday I am doing back. I will do bent barbell rows. Next Monday I will do the T bar row. etc...for each body part.

I change mine up literally everytime i work out. there is almost never a time that i have two consecutive workouts for a bodypart. I think i might do the same for a month to see how much weight i can increase and keep track of it
