What Do You Think Of This
Well, ive bin doing the gym now for 10 months and hav managed to gain 26lbs. At first I did a couple of oral cycles and a shooting cycle, but because I didnt research enough, they were probably a waste of time.
Anyway do you guys think this amount of weight gain is about the right amount or should I have gained more ?

That is fantastic. Gaining 12-15lb lbm is normal in 1 yr constant training with Quality keepable gains of 1+lb per month. Sure you can gain more depending on your genetics & diet but the more you wish to gain will also increase your fat%. You gained about 21/2 lbs per month so I say stay the course naturally.

If thats what you gained then you must be an animal in the gym brother!
Thats Good work especially if its lean gains.

Youve been in the gym 10 months and done 3 cycles?
You don't need steroids to gain muscle... when youre just starting out, i bet you could have made even better gains than that without drugs if you had a rock solid diet planned out.

Yeah, I wish I hadn't bothered with the juice at all now, but im sure you all know what its like when you first start out. You just wanna be as big as the next guy.
My only disapointment is that my arms havnt got much bigger and that I havnt got as much definition as I hoped, but im working on it. When I finaly get my webcam to work il post a before and after picture and see if you guys can see much difference, cos I dont really see that much
