Change up
I need a change in my routine, seems that my bycepts aren't getting a good hit with my back. I would like to stick to the 4 day split in the weektime, with wednesday off, but I'm open to suggestion.
Mon - Chest/try
tues - Legs/abs
wed - cardio
thur - Back/bis
frid - shoulders/neck
sat - cardio

fri- Bis/tris
Sat- cardio
Sun- shoulders/neck

No, I am currently in the last week of my strength phase which is
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Abs/Off (I teach an Abs class)
Friday: Shoudlers
Saturday: Bi's/Tri's
Sunday: Off
When I transition back into my hypertrophy phase, I plan on doing a similiar split as I mentioned above.
