    shoulders in coma

    my shoulders are strong but wont grow i train them hard once a week and they get stronger but not bigger, any help?

    If you're intensity is in check, you're severly over-training.

    but i'll break this all apart tomorrow for you. hypertrophy and i set someone w/ the same question str8 a few weeks ago. i'm telling you go search for that post and you will have the answer immediately instead of waiting for me to get into this.

    i found it! thanks bro, DROPSETS. i pretty much do your workout consentrating on side and rear more feeling like i hit front enough on chest day. now i will use dropsets

    worked shoulders today, dropsets, if i can lift my arms tomorrow i'll be happy

    change up ur reps every once in a while like for 2-3wks do not light but high reps like 10-12 and 2-3wks do 8-10... ppl say oh heavy weight and low reps gets u bigger but if ur working hard and the blood is flowing ur mucsles going to grow try something like that and change up exersises to shock ur mucsles... my shoulders out of my strong point out of my body they look a lil unperporshonal (sorry for spelling) to the rest of my body lol its cool though it makes me look a lil bigger PM me if u need any other help good luck bro

    yea, i would like to have shoulders like a boxer (holyfeild, hagler)

    mine were stuck then i started to close grip upright rows, and then behind the back barbell shrugs, and regular barbell shrugs. try this and go really heavy. and at the end burn out with 45 dumbells, i promise you will be hurting for a couple days after...Jason

    oh make sure you tuck you chin, and squeeze at the top!!!!!!!!!!
